  • More on Stefanie’s Ski Lift & Christmas Tree Ridge

Dear Aspen Meadows Founders and Friends, We are deeply grateful for the response following the announcement of Stefanie’s Ski Lift on May 15. Since sharing this milestone, our team has had the opportunity to reconnect with many of our earliest Founders, welcome new buyers to the community, and continue meaningful conversations surrounding the future of Aspen Meadows following the announcement at the NSAA Ski Show. With just 55 days remaining until the scheduled July 15 homesite pricing adjustments, we encourage those considering ownership to connect with us soon to take advantage of current Phase I and Phase II pricing opportunities within the Southeast Neighborhood. Many have asked about the story behind the naming of Aspen Meadows’ first ski lift. It is particularly meaningful to dedicate this lift to and for our cherished friend, Stephanie Hartlmaier. Stefanie’s Ski Lift was named in honor of Stefanie Hartlmaier, co-founder of Georg’s Ski Shop, the first ski shop in Brian Head, established in 1964, and one of the community’s earliest and most beloved residents still living in Brian Head today. For more than six decades, Stefanie has represented the welcoming spirit and mountain culture that helped shape Brian Head into what it is today. Her passion and legacy remain deeply connected to the history of this mountain community. Aspen Meadows Club is honored to recognize and celebrate her legacy through this next chapter of growth alongside her. Introducing Christmas Tree Ridge We are also pleased to share additional details surrounding the newly released Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood. This limited enclave of just 24 ski-in, ski-out homesites marks the beginning of Aspen Meadows’ third development phase and is positioned along one of the mountain’s most desirable ridgelines. Each homesite has been thoughtfully situated to balance privacy, ski accessibility, alpine views, and a quiet sense of retreat within the mountain landscape. Summer 2026 Construction Highlights As Aspen Meadows continues evolving into a four-season mountain destination, Summer 2026 will represent the most ambitious construction season in the community’s history, including: • Completion of the upper extension of Aspen Meadows Drive • Installation of Stefanie’s Ski Lift (four-passenger quad) • Initial development of the Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood • Completion of Peak Drive & Steam Meadows Gates Looking Ahead The long-term vision for Aspen Meadows continues unfolding through measured, intentional growth, including: • Expansion of Alpine Christmas Tree terrain and a future second lift • Completion of the Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood • A new private community park and dog park with sport courts and gathering spaces • The future Alpine Nordic Center, which will be designed for year-round recreation and connection Join Us | Brian Head Trail Project Day We also invite you to join us on Wednesday, May 27, for Brian Head Town’s Annual Trail Project Day. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow community members while supporting and improving the trail systems that make Brian Head so special. Participants will assist with trail clearing, seasonal reopening efforts, and improvements throughout the expanding inter-mountain trail network, including sections within Aspen Meadows. Event Details • Meet at Brian Head Town Offices at 8:30 AM • Projects begin following orientation • BBQ lunch served at 1:00 PM Please bring gloves, water, sunscreen, and closed-toe shoes or hiking boots. • A Major Milestone For Aspen Meadows Club

Aspen Meadows Club is proud to announce a defining moment in the evolution of our community with the debut of our first ski lift, Stefanie’s Ski Lift. This announcement was officially made on May 5, 2026, during the opening day of the National Ski Areas Association Conference in Carlsbad, California. Aspen Meadows was honored to deliver the first ski lift announcement ever presented on opening day in the conference’s 64-year history. Introducing Stefanie’s Ski Lift & Christmas Tree Ridge This milestone also marks the launch of Aspen Meadows’ third development phase, highlighted by Stefanie’s Ski Lift and the long-anticipated Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood. This exclusive new release includes 24 premier ski-in, ski-out homesites thoughtfully positioned to capture the accessibility, privacy, and alpine beauty of the mountain. As Aspen Meadows continues to grow into a four-season mountain community, major infrastructure and on-mountain improvements are now underway. This summer will represent our largest construction season to date and includes: • Completion of the upper portion of Aspen Meadows Drive (Burt’s Road to No Where) • Installation of Stefanie’s Ski Lift (four-passenger quad lift) • Expansion into the Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood A Limited Window Before July 15 Pricing Adjustments With this next phase of growth, homesite pricing is scheduled to increase on July 15, 2026. Over the next 60 days, buyers have a unique opportunity to secure early Founder pricing on remaining homesites within the Southeast Neighborhood (Phases I & II), along with initial release pricing for Christmas Tree Ridge via reservation. We encourage you to visit Brian Head this spring or early summer to experience firsthand the newest development areas, including the Christmas Tree and future Nordic Lodge areas. The Aspen Meadows Founders Program The Aspen Meadows Club Founders Program offers early participants preferred pricing, exclusive benefits, and the opportunity to help shape the future of this one-of-a-kind mountain community. As Aspen Meadows enters its next phase of growth, upcoming plans include: • Continued expansion of the Alpine Christmas Tree area • Full buildout of the Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood • A new community park and dog park with club sport courts and restrooms • The future Alpine | Nordic Center designed for year-round recreation If you have been considering a homesite at Aspen Meadows, this is an important moment in the community’s evolution. For those already registered within the Founders Corner but who have not yet secured a homesite, the next 60 days represent an ideal opportunity to evaluate available homesites ahead of planned pricing adjustments. To Our Existing Owners & Founders Introducing Two New Programs for Our Founders We are pleased to unveil two exclusive offerings designed to enhance the Aspen Meadows ownership experience: the Founders’ Park ’n’ Lease Program and the Founders’ Friends & Family Referral Program. Aspen Meadows Club | Founders’ Park ’n’ Lease Program In conjunction with the recently approved plat for our newest neighborhood, Christmas Tree Ridge, we are developing a new Nordic Center at the base of Stefanie’s Ski Lift—our first lift installation. This thoughtfully planned amenity will feature approximately 150 public parking spaces, along with 50 private, dedicated spaces reserved exclusively for participants in the Founders’ Park ’n’ Lease Program. This unique offering provides owners with a reserved, valet-style parking space available year-round—ensuring seamless access every time you arrive at your mountain home. Much like a private marina slip for your vehicle, this program effectively transforms your homesite into a true ski-in, ski-out experience, elevating the ease and enjoyment of every ski day. Whether hosting family or entertaining friends, you can fully embrace the mountain lifestyle—starting your mornings slope-side and ending them as the unofficial “pancake master” of your weekend gatherings. Aspen Meadows Club | Founders’ Friends & Family Referral Program For our current owners, we are excited to introduce the Founders’ Friends & Family Referral Program. By referring friends or family who purchase at Aspen Meadows, you will receive a complimentary season pass to Brian Head Resort. We invite you—and those you refer—to visit Brian Head this late spring and summer, including over the Fourth of July holiday. During your stay, you’ll have the opportunity to tour available homesites, preview upcoming amenities, and learn more about exclusive offerings such as the Founders’ Park ’n’ Lease Program at the base of Stefanie’s Ski Lift. Join us at Aspen Meadows and be part of the next chapter. All my best, Flint A. • Aspen Meadows Community Award

We’re proud to recognize Mike Saemisch, our long-time land steward, photographer, and friend, as the first recipient of the Aspen Meadows Community Award. Mike’s leadership, service, and passion for Aspen Meadows and Brian Head have helped shape the spirit of this mountain community, felt every day. From behind the lens to behind the scenes, his work has captured not just the landscape but the people, stories, and character that make Brian Head special. The award presentation was a surprise celebration shared with friends, family, and the Aspen Meadows ski team during the Brian Head Town Council’s annual strategic retreat on January 27 and 28. It was a moment filled with gratitude, laughter, and well-earned recognition. We’re grateful to Mike and Julie for everything they continue to give to the Brian Head community we all love. Featured Article: The Enduring Spirit of Brian Head Aspen Meadows and Brian Head were recently featured in ViewOn Magazine in an article titled “The Enduring Spirit of Brian Head: A Legacy of Nature, Resilience, Community, and Vision.” The piece highlights what makes Brian Head unique—its history, its people, and the thoughtful momentum shaping its future. • Dear Aspen Meadows Founders

As we close out 2025, we want to thank you for making this a defining year for Aspen Meadows and for Brian Head. Your belief in this vision, and your willingness to be “first,” helped transform a long-imagined mountain community into a living, growing reality. Your early commitment anchored what is now a legacy, multi-decade ski-in/ski-out community spanning nearly 2,000 acres beneath Brian Head Peak. By joining early, you set the standard for quality, stewardship, and authenticity — values that will guide every phase of Aspen Meadows in the years ahead. One of our newest Founders captured it perfectly, describing Aspen Meadows as “the magic of balance between respecting local community values, nature, and mountain recreation.” That balance continues to define how our new mountain community is taking shape. 2025 Highlights This year, Aspen Meadows continued to evolve as a true basecamp community for Southern Utah’s Mighty 5 — thoughtfully weaving together homeownership, recreation, and preserved open space. A major milestone was the opening of the Aspen Meadows Loop, a new 10-mile hiking and mountain biking trail built in partnership with Brian Head Town and supported by a Utah Open Lands grant. This achievement reinforces our long-term vision for accessible ski-in/ski-out neighborhoods, future village areas, and four-season recreation for generations to come. Momentum in Brian Head Aspen Meadows and Brian Head Resort are now part of a bold, public vision that includes expanded ski terrain, new lifts, enhanced on-mountain dining, and year-round infrastructure. This momentum confirms what you saw early on: Brian Head is emerging as one of the West’s most exciting, family-friendly mountain destinations, with Aspen Meadows at its heart. As Founders, you are helping write the next chapter of this story — one rooted in thoughtful development, environmental care, and meaningful time spent together in the mountains. Looking Ahead Your early commitment has set the standard for excellence in design, construction, and community culture at Aspen Meadows. In 2026, we will continue building key neighborhood infrastructure, including completing our first gated entrance, Peak Gate, along with our new ski trails and continued ski development within our first neighborhood, the Southeast Neighborhood, as the Founders Circle continues to grow. Our long-range vision remains clear: a legacy ski-in/ski-out community that pairs intentionally planned neighborhoods with preserved open space, trails, and year-round mountain recreation. As Brian Head’s momentum continues, Aspen Meadows remains committed to growing in a measured, thoughtful way that protects the land, elevates the owner experience, and keeps our Founders’ values at the center of every future phase. From all of us at Aspen Meadows, warm holiday wishes to you and your families. May the coming year bring fresh snow, clear stars, and many shared moments on the mountain you now call home. Thank you. The Founders Program We invite you to join the Aspen Meadows Club Founders Corner alongside our newest owners and secure early-phase pricing and Founders Program benefits ahead of next year’s major expansions and price increases.
