With Phase One of the Southeast Neighborhood now officially sold out, Aspen Meadows continues to grow with the introduction of our newest subdivision, Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood in Brian Head, Utah.
This limited collection of just 26 homesites marks the beginning of our third development phase and is thoughtfully positioned between Stefanie's Ski Lift and the future Christmas Tree Ski Lift. Set within an exceptional mid-mountain location, Christmas Tree Ridge has been designed around the mountain lifestyle that defines Aspen Meadows Club.
Southeast Neighborhood | Phase One Officially Sold Out
We're proud to announce that Southeast Neighborhood Phase One at Aspen Meadows is officially sold out, marking another exciting milestone in our community's growth. While Phase One is now complete, a limited selection of homesites remains available in our Southeast Neighborhood Phase Two and in the newly released Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood.
As we continue introducing new neighborhoods and expanding mountain amenities, there's never been a better time to become part of the Aspen Meadows story. Join our Founders Program to receive priority updates, early access to future neighborhood releases, exclusive community news, and the latest information on available homesite opportunities as we continue building Brian Head's premier four-season mountain community.
Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood Highlights
Each homesite averages just over one acre, with select homesites slightly larger or smaller to complement the natural landscape and provide a variety of building opportunities.
Positioned within the first two planned ski lift zones, Christmas Tree Ridge offers commanding views of Brian Head Resort, Brian Head Peak, and expansive alpine vistas stretching to the west and north. As the neighborhood continues to emerge, prospective buyers can now walk the future homesites, explore the developing ski terrain, and experience one of the most remarkable mountain settings in Brian Head firsthand.
Whether you're considering Christmas Tree Ridge or one of the remaining homesites in our Southeast Neighborhood, we invite you to explore our comprehensive Community Documents library.
There you'll find current homesite pricing, community maps, site plans, design guidelines, and additional resources to help you better understand Aspen Meadows Club and plan your future mountain retreat.
Stefanie's Ski Lift Progress

Construction of Stefanie's Ski Lift continues to move ahead of schedule, marking another major milestone in the evolution of Aspen Meadows.
As work progresses throughout the summer, residents and visitors can watch each stage of lift construction while getting an early look at the emerging Christmas Tree Ridge neighborhood. Later this summer, all 11 lift towers will be flown into place by helicopter, creating one of the most exciting construction milestones our community has experienced to date.
With each stage of construction, Aspen Meadows moves one step closer to welcoming residents and guests to an entirely new mountain experience. Be sure to watch our latest construction update video and follow the progress from the mountain.
Honoring Aspen Meadows' Heritage
Last month, Aspen Meadows was honored to welcome Brian Head Ski Area founder Burt Nichols back to the mountain for a special visit.
Burt shared stories from his early years growing up in Kansas, his military service, and his travels in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, where he first learned to ski. Inspired by one of Europe's most renowned mountain communities, the vision that would eventually lead him to Southern Utah began to take shape, culminating in the creation of Brian Head Ski Area in the early 1960s.
His stories reminded all of us that every great mountain community begins with a vision, a deep respect for the land, and the people willing to bring that vision to life.
A Legacy That Lives On
Burt, on behalf of the entire Brian Head community, thank you.

Our time with Burt was filled with unforgettable stories that connected the past, present, and future of Brian Head.
His passion for these mountains remains as strong today as it was when Brian Head Ski Area first opened more than sixty years ago. On behalf of everyone at Aspen Meadows Club and throughout the Brian Head community, we extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued friendship, leadership, vision, and stewardship.
Thank you, Burt, for helping shape the mountain community we all enjoy today. You have been Brian Head's original land steward, and we are honored to continue building upon the path you first pioneered across these mountains now known as Aspen Meadows.
Looking Ahead
As summer construction continues, we'll be sharing additional updates on Stefanie's Ski Lift, Christmas Tree Ridge, and the many milestones taking shape across Aspen Meadows. We look forward to welcoming many of you back to Brian Head in the weeks ahead as another exciting chapter unfolds on the mountain.
