Dear Aspen Meadows Founders and Friends,

We are deeply grateful for the response following the announcement of Stefanie’s Ski Lift on May 15.

Since sharing this milestone, our team has had the opportunity to reconnect with many of our earliest Founders, welcome new buyers to the community, and continue meaningful conversations surrounding the future of Aspen Meadows following the announcement at the NSAA Ski Show.

With just 55 days remaining until the scheduled July 15 homesite pricing adjustments, we encourage those considering ownership to connect with us soon to take advantage of current Phase I and Phase II pricing opportunities within the Southeast Neighborhood.

Many have asked about the story behind the naming of Aspen Meadows’ first ski lift.

It is particularly meaningful to dedicate this lift to and for our cherished friend, Stephanie Hartlmaier.

Stefanie’s Ski Lift was named in honor of Stefanie Hartlmaier, co-founder of Georg’s Ski Shop, the first ski shop in Brian Head, established in 1964, and one of the community’s earliest and most beloved residents still living in Brian Head today.

For more than six decades, Stefanie has represented the welcoming spirit and mountain culture that helped shape Brian Head into what it is today. Her passion and legacy remain deeply connected to the history of this mountain community.

Aspen Meadows Club is honored to recognize and celebrate her legacy through this next chapter of growth alongside her.

Introducing Christmas Tree Ridge

We are also pleased to share additional details surrounding the newly released Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood.

This limited enclave of just 24 ski-in, ski-out homesites marks the beginning of Aspen Meadows’ third development phase and is positioned along one of the mountain’s most desirable ridgelines.

Each homesite has been thoughtfully situated to balance privacy, ski accessibility, alpine views, and a quiet sense of retreat within the mountain landscape.

Summer 2026 Construction Highlights

As Aspen Meadows continues evolving into a four-season mountain destination, Summer 2026 will represent the most ambitious construction season in the community’s history, including:

• Completion of the upper extension of Aspen Meadows Drive

• Installation of Stefanie’s Ski Lift (four-passenger quad)

• Initial development of the Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood

• Completion of Peak Drive & Steam Meadows Gates

Looking Ahead

The long-term vision for Aspen Meadows continues unfolding through measured, intentional growth, including:

• Expansion of Alpine Christmas Tree terrain and a future second lift

• Completion of the Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood

• A new private community park and dog park with sport courts and gathering spaces

• The future Alpine Nordic Center, which will be designed for year-round recreation and connection
