Construction Officially Begins on Stefanie's Ski Lift

Just under 30 days remain until our scheduled July 15 homesite pricing adjustments and the introduction of our newest neighborhood release, Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood.
Thank you for the incredible response following last month's announcement of Stefanie's Ski Lift. We are excited to share another important milestone as construction has now officially begun.
On June 16, Aspen Meadows welcomed the SkyTrac and Summit Ski Lift Company installation teams to Brian Head for the official kickoff of construction on Stefanie's Ski Lift. Friends, neighbors, and members of the Brian Head community gathered alongside Stefanie Hartlmaier and her family to celebrate the start of a project years in the making.
More than 40 guests attended the morning gathering as construction crews began work on foundations and site preparation for Aspen Meadows' first ski lift.
For many, it was a meaningful moment to see Stefanie's Ski Lift move from vision to reality and to celebrate another milestone in the continued growth of Aspen Meadows and Brian Head.
Supporting Local
The kickoff breakfast was also an opportunity to celebrate several businesses that help make Southern Utah special.
Guests enjoyed homemade pancakes, fresh muffins, locally sourced bacon, and authentic Vermont maple syrup. Products were sourced from Sweet Pea Farm & Orchard and Dry Lakes Ranch Beef, located in Parowan, Utah, and from The Vermont Country Store in Weston, Vermont, the home state of our President, Flint Decker.
As Aspen Meadows grows, we remain committed to supporting local businesses and celebrating the people and partnerships that help strengthen our community.

Introducing The Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood
We are also pleased to share an updated look at The Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood, Aspen Meadows' newest neighborhood release.
This limited collection of just 26 homesites marks the beginning of our third development phase and occupies one of the mountain's most desirable ridgelines. Positioned alongside future ski terrain and Stefanie's Ski Lift, the neighborhood offers expansive alpine views and direct access to the mountain experience that defines Aspen Meadows.
Prospective buyers can now walk the terrain, explore the future neighborhood layout, and experience firsthand the views overlooking Navajo Mountain, Brian Head Peak, and the surrounding alpine landscape.
Introductory pricing for Christmas Tree Ridge, along with pricing adjustments for all remaining homesites in Phase I and Phase II of the Southeast Neighborhood, will be announced July 15.
For those considering ownership at Aspen Meadows, the coming weeks represent an important opportunity to explore available homesites before the next phase of pricing takes effect.
