Aspen Meadows Club is proud to announce a defining moment in the evolution of our community with the debut of our first ski lift, Stefanie’s Ski Lift.
This announcement was officially made on May 5, 2026, during the opening day of the National Ski Areas Association Conference in Carlsbad, California. Aspen Meadows was honored to deliver the first ski lift announcement ever presented on opening day in the conference’s 64-year history.
Introducing Stefanie’s Ski Lift & Christmas Tree Ridge
This milestone also marks the launch of Aspen Meadows’ third development phase, highlighted by Stefanie’s Ski Lift and the long-anticipated Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood.
This exclusive new release includes 24 premier ski-in, ski-out homesites thoughtfully positioned to capture the accessibility, privacy, and alpine beauty of the mountain.
As Aspen Meadows continues to grow into a four-season mountain community, major infrastructure and on-mountain improvements are now underway. This summer will represent our largest construction season to date and includes:
• Completion of the upper portion of Aspen Meadows Drive (Burt’s Road to No Where)
• Installation of Stefanie’s Ski Lift (four-passenger quad lift)
• Expansion into the Christmas Tree Ridge Neighborhood
A Limited Window Before July 15 Pricing Adjustments
With this next phase of growth, homesite pricing is scheduled to increase on July 15, 2026.
Over the next 60 days, buyers have a unique opportunity to secure early Founder pricing on remaining homesites within the Southeast Neighborhood (Phases I & II), along with initial release pricing for Christmas Tree Ridge via reservation.
We encourage you to visit Brian Head this spring or early summer to experience firsthand the newest development areas, including the Christmas Tree and future Nordic Lodge areas.

In conjunction with the recently approved plat for our newest neighborhood, Christmas Tree Ridge, we are developing a new Nordic Center at the base of Stefanie’s Ski Lift—our first lift installation. This thoughtfully planned amenity will feature approximately 150 public parking spaces, along with 50 private, dedicated spaces reserved exclusively for participants in the Founders’ Park ’n’ Lease Program.
This unique offering provides owners with a reserved, valet-style parking space available year-round—ensuring seamless access every time you arrive at your mountain home. Much like a private marina slip for your vehicle, this program effectively transforms your homesite into a true ski-in, ski-out experience, elevating the ease and enjoyment of every ski day.
Whether hosting family or entertaining friends, you can fully embrace the mountain lifestyle—starting your mornings slope-side and ending them as the unofficial “pancake master” of your weekend gatherings.

For our current owners, we are excited to introduce the Founders’ Friends & Family Referral Program. By referring friends or family who purchase at Aspen Meadows, you will receive a complimentary season pass to Brian Head Resort.
We invite you—and those you refer—to visit Brian Head this late spring and summer, including over the Fourth of July holiday.
