50 Years of Brian Head

A Historic Week in Brian Head – Past, Present & Future in Motion
A Historic Week in Brian Head – Past, Present & Future in Motion

This month marks the 50th Anniversary of Brian Head Town, and we’re kicking off the celebration with the grand re-opening of the Aspen Meadows Loop (formerly Scout Camp Loop)—a 10-mile trail once damaged by the 2017 fire and now fully restored.

Join us Friday, July 25 at 9:00 AM at Brian Head Town Hall (56 N Hwy 143) for a community gathering and guided group hike (5-mile and 10-mile options available). This restoration was made possible through partnerships between Brian Head Town, Aspen Meadows, the Utah Division of Outdoor Recreation, Dixie National Forest, and the Federal Highway Administration.

From tree plantings and drive-in movies to live music, car shows, and a drone show finale, the weekend is packed with events for all ages. Join us July 24–26 to celebrate Brian Head’s 50th Anniversary in true mountain town style.
