Our new Model Home, Earth Day, "Molly,"and much more...

First, we wish to thank all of our early founders and friends for visiting Aspen Meadows and touring with us on-site in "Molly," our snowcat, since March 1st.

Thank You. With all of our snowstorms now coming to an end in Southern and Northern Utah for the season, and after Brian Head Resort and Alta both achieved new annual snowfall records of over 400" and over 900" each as of today (Wow!), we have finally seen "that break" in the spring weather we all have been looking forward to. What an end of the ski season, but it's not over yet! Enjoy more late-season skiing and riding at Brian Head Resort this weekend on April 29th and 30th!

Our Model Home Design.

What was our inspiration?

One word. Tranquility.

We are excited to share our first Model Home design for Aspen Meadows. A courtyard-inspired, single-level home created to achieve quietness, calm, and serenity—a worry-free home design. Designed by our Architect of Record, Craig Elliott, Founder of Elliott Workgroup based in Park City, Utah, our 3,000 square foot, 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3-car modern mountain model home will be built on Lot 42 in the Aspen Meadows Southeast Neighborhood. Construction begins next month in May. By design, the inspiration for our model home was simple tranquility which captured the views into the house – while staying close to the mountain in scale – both celebrating inward and outward, courtyard-inspired spaces – the trees, the southern light, the access – a design "of the mountain." A home that listens to its' own site, offers natural light and high-quality material choices – with distinct forms, views, and privacy tied to the site. We share our model home design to help inspire each of you for the mountain home design you and your family envision in Aspen Meadows. During your due diligence period, one formal meeting with our Site Architectural Review Committee (SARC) is required so we may identify the three development zones of your homesite together. More details may be found within our Design and Development Guidelines on our website.

Our own Earth Day Celebration. We celebrated Earth Day and the Earth "month" of April with our spring construction operations beginning on April 10th. We have already started our 2023 construction season by clearing away the 2022/2023 winter season snow, helping expedite the opening of our Aspen Meadows stone pit #2 for the summer construction season.

Fun fact: So far to date, we have crushed well over 15 thousand tons of our own crushed rock aggregates, harvested on-site from our mountain stone pits exclusively for our new roads in Aspen Meadows, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in transportation costs alone up the mountain and re-using and re-purposing materials already on-site to their best use.

Welcome New Founders.

For those of you who have recently signed up on our website or gone under contract recently with your homesite choice since March 1st, we wanted to welcome all of you, just new to Aspen Meadows. Please find more information on Aspen Meadows and our Founders Release Program specifically here for each of you.

Aspen Meadows is a legacy, multi-decade, master-planned mountain resort and residential neighborhood occupying nearly 2,000 acres of spacious mountain meadows. It is adjacent to Brian Head Resort, home to Utah's highest base elevation.

The community's unique location will introduce a third public base area for Brian Head Resort, Aspen Meadows base lodge, that features unobstructed views of southern Utah's famous red cliffs, additional parking, and skier services. The Aspen Meadows long-ranged master plan includes opening up more than 850 acres of new skiing terrain and up to 7 fixed and high-speed detachable lifts in the future.

It's many neighborhoods, each will be gated neighborhood communities within specific areas of Aspen Meadows, including our first neighborhood, the Southeast Neighborhood, recently released eight weeks now on March 1st. The future base lodge for Brian Head Resort, the Aspen Meadows Base Lodge, and new hiking and mountain biking trails will be public.

Spring Site Tours Beginning May 5th. Personal tours of the Southeast Neighborhood will begin again on May 5th, weather permitting. Escorted driving tours will include the first meeting at our Aspen Meadows development offices within Brianhead Sports, then touring throughout the Southeast Neighborhood and visiting our Aspen Meadows Yurt Field office. All tours are available by appointment. Many of our homesites have gone under contract in our early weeks, and many more excellent ski-in, ski-out homesite locations still exist to walk and hike now and see with the late season snows melting. To secure your ski-accessible homesite lot through a written real estate purchase contract or to schedule your private Aspen Meadows tour, please email us at flint.decker@gardnergroup.com or at call us at 435.901.2500. If you receive a voicemail, please leave a detailed message about your interest and possible dates for your next visit this spring or summer.

We thank you again for considering Aspen Meadows as your new future ski home address in Brian Head, Utah. On behalf of our entire team, we look forward to this opportunity to begin our 30-year legacy journey with you and our Brian Head community. We are excited to assist you and your family in your next ski chapter and journey.
