As we embark upon the year 2024, we are excited to celebrate! This year marks the 60th anniversary of the renowned Brian Head Ski Area, now known as Brian Head Resort. Undoubtedly, it will be an extraordinary year as we witness the realization of the visionary plans made 60 years ago.
Here at the Aspen Meadows Club, we are proud to be a part of the thriving Brian Head community. As we ring in the New Year together, we are grateful to our Founders and all those who have helped make this celebration possible. Wishing you all a joyful and fulfilling new year!
Phase Two Founders Release in our Southeast Neighborhood
As promised, we are happy to announce our upcoming Founders Release of our next new Ski-in, Ski-out homesites in our Southeast Neighborhood - Phase Two, this New Year's Eve at Midnight, December 31, 2023!
We are excited to announce the release of our final 34 homesites in the Southeast Neighborhood. These homesites, part of Phase Two, offer a range of prices starting from $305,000 up to $650,000.
Many of our new homesites offer some of our best Ski-in, Ski-out locations, having unobstructed views, looking both North and West overlooking our Aspen Meadows South Ponds.
Our private residents ski trail out of Phase Two will also take you to either the future base lodge area for Brian Head Resort, called “Founders Base Lodge”, or directly back over Ski Bridge 6 and the Christmas Tree Lift area of the mountain.
