It's been a spectacular fall with colors at peak and our busiest season yet for Aspen Meadows

The fall season at Aspen Meadows has been particularly vibrant, showcasing stunning autumn colors at their peak this year. This time of year is not only marked by the natural beauty of our landscape but also by significant gains and milestones reached in our construction activity achieved on the mountain, making it the busiest building season yet for our new community.

Vibrant Foliage in our Fall Colors

Aspen Meadows is renowned for its breathtaking fall foliage, attracting visitors to Brian Head who come to experience the rich colors of our aspen trees against the backdrop of our unique Navajo White & Red sandstone rock formations. Many call our special area of mountains in Aspen Meadows, “unlike any other high-elevation location seen in Utah”. Our Aspen Meadows Club and Brian Head area has been highlighted in various media as one of the best locations in Southern Utah for experiencing fall colors each year, enhancing its appeal as Brian Head Resort and Brian Head Town continue to grow and prosper.

Busy Construction Season for Aspen Meadows

Our current construction efforts at Aspen Meadows have been our most extensive to date, with ongoing developments in new ski trails, phase II paving plan completing our first master planned residential gated neighborhood, The Southeast Neighborhood, new hiking and biking trails with Brian Head Town, and the continuation of our ongoing master planning for expanding Brian Head Resort with new expanded ski trails and lifts, this summer has been a record-setting design & construction season for Aspen Meadows.

Preparing for a Busy Winter & New Ski Season

With the recently released news of Brian Head Resort announcing to be the first ski resort to open in Utah for the upcoming 2024/2025 ski season on November 8th, we look to continue in our design and construction activities throughout this winter, in new ski trail design and winter trail work, both expanding our planned community infrastructure, new ski terrain and planned on-mountain facilities. This includes work on our ski bridges, our future neighborhoods and amenities, which all are a part of our larger master-planned vision for Aspen Meadows.
