Our two-week Founders Release update...

With all of our snowstorms originating from Northern and Southern California and arriving in Brian Head, it seems nonstop; since our Founders Release on March 1st.

We finally have seen "a break" in the weather. We wanted to communicate promptly in our first two weeks and are updating everyone on our release, the number of ski-in, and ski-out, homesites remaining for sale, and an update on the long-range weather forecast and upcoming conditions for future site visits.

Thank you.

First, we thank each of you for your positive responses to our first Phase One release for our Southeast Neighborhood, who have reached out and contacted us.

Thank you for sharing your individual stories and experiences of Brian Head with us.

For New Founders Recently Signed Up.

For those of you who have recently signed up on our website since March 1st, Aspen Meadows is a legacy, multi-decade, master-planned mountain resort and residential neighborhood that occupies nearly 2,000 acres of aspen and spacious mountain meadows. It is adjacent to Brian Head Resort, home to Utah's highest base elevation. The community's unique location will introduce a third public base area for Brian Head Resort, Aspen Meadows base lodge, that features unobstructed views of southern Utah's famous red cliffs, additional parking, and skier services. The Aspen Meadows long-ranged master plan includes opening up more than 850 acres of new skiing terrain and up to 7 fixed and high-speed detachable lifts in the future. Its many neighborhoods, each will be gated neighborhood communities within specific areas of Aspen Meadows, including our first neighborhood, the Southeast Neighborhood, recently released two weeks now on March 1st. The future base lodge for Brian Head Resort, the Aspen Meadows Base Lodge, and new hiking and mountain biking trails will be public.

Update on our Founders Release. We thank all of you who have contacted us about your enthusiasm in Aspen Meadows. Your early interest has been tremendous, and your early questions have benefited us, as we have added all of your most popular questions within our new FAQ sheet, now on our website. Thank you. Your most popular question has been; will we have to build on our homesite in a specific time frame? And the answer is no. No time limit, and you are welcome to begin construction as your plans evolve. During your due diligence period, one formal meeting with our Site Architectural Review Committee (SARC) is required so we may identify the three development zones of your homesite together. Details are found within our Design and Development guidelines on our website.

Do any homesites remain? And how to buy a homesite?

Over one-third of our homesites have gone under contract in our first hours, days, and weeks, while many other excellent ski-in, ski-out homesite locations still exist.

To secure your ski-accessible homesite lot through a written real estate purchase contract or to schedule your private Aspen Meadows tour, please call us at 435.901.2500. If you receive a voicemail, please leave a detailed message about your interest and possible dates for your next visit.

Upcoming Site Tours. Viewing the long-range weather forecast for March into early April, we finally see many more upcoming sunny days than storms, so access to the property will significantly improve. Tours on the property have begun, weather permitting. Visits to our Aspen Meadows development office, based in Brian Head, are available by appointment. We thank you again for considering Aspen Meadows as your new future ski home address in Brian Head, Utah. On behalf of our entire team, we look forward to this opportunity to begin our 30-year legacy journey with you and our Brian Head community. We are excited to assist you and your family in your next ski chapter and journey.

All my best,
